Vineet brings 20+ years of experience building mission-critical enterprise products. Prior to Eightfold AI, Vineet was the Chief Product & Development Officer at Cohesity where he helped drive hyper-scale growth across multiple products.

Chandra serves as the Chief AI Compliance and Security Officer (CAISO) of Eightfold AI. He brings several decades of engineering leadership, with a focus on Infrastructure, Data and Security over the last several years. As an early engineer at Eightfold, he has played a critical role in building the world’s leading talent intelligence platform. In addition to scaling up the core platform, he has helped Eightfold obtain critical security certifications and is now charged with ensuring the development of Responsible AI and compliance throughout the Eightfold network. Prior to Eightfold, Chandra worked on several technology roles at Rocket Fuel, Google and Oracle on things ranging from core database technologies to large-scale AI systems. He received a Masters in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
